Purple Zen is built so both customers and therapists feel safe on every booking. Here is exactly how that works.
Phone numbers stay private
Your mobile number is never shown to therapists, and a therapist's number is never shown to you. Booking details on both sides omit phone numbers entirely.
Contact happens inside Purple Zen
Chat and calling are job-specific: a channel opens when your booking is assigned and closes after the session is completed or cancelled.
Location sharing is limited
Your address is released to a therapist only after they accept your booking, and their live location is visible to you only while the booking is active.
Payment details are protected
Proof-of-payment uploads are stored for verification only. We never display internal therapist financial information to customers.

- Purple Zen provides legitimate, professional massage and wellness services only.
- We do not provide, arrange or entertain sexual services, sexual requests or indecent offers of any kind.
- Therapists are trained professionals. Draping is used throughout, and you may ask to adjust pressure, focus areas or stop the session at any time.
- Inappropriate behaviour, requests or advances may result in immediate termination of the session, cancellation without refund where applicable, suspension or removal of the account, and referral to the proper authorities when warranted.
- Please provide a safe, well-lit, private space and be present for the session. A guest or household member may remain nearby if you prefer.
This notice protects both customers and therapists and keeps every session comfortable, respectful and professional. Thank you for helping us maintain that standard.
Need to report something? Our care team reviews every report, and serious incidents are escalated immediately — including referral to the proper authorities when warranted.
